Consultation Services

Initial consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. This compensates our designers for their time, travel, and expertise provided during the site visit and initial assessment.

If we need to cancel a scheduled consultation, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.

Design Services

Design Revisions

Our design packages include revision rounds as specified in your service agreement. We work collaboratively with you to refine designs until you are satisfied with the result. Standard packages typically include:

• Initial concept presentation
• Two rounds of revisions based on your feedback
• Final design delivery

Additional revisions beyond those included in your package may incur additional fees, which will be communicated before proceeding.

Cancellation Before Completion

If you wish to cancel design services before completion:

• Before work begins: Deposits may be refunded minus a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs
• After work has begun: You will be charged for work completed to date, prorated based on project progress
• After initial concept delivery: No refunds will be provided, though you retain rights to use delivered designs

Dissatisfaction with Design

If you are not satisfied with the design concepts presented:

• We will work with you through the included revision rounds to address your concerns
• We encourage clear communication about specific elements you wish to change
• If fundamental disagreement persists after revisions, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion

Full Project Packages

For comprehensive landscape design packages:

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Progress payments correspond to completed project phases
• Final payment is due upon delivery of complete design documentation
• Client satisfaction checkpoints are built into the project timeline

Implementation and Installation

If your package includes installation oversight or implementation services:

• Material selections are made collaboratively and confirmed before ordering
• Plant guarantees and warranties are typically provided by nurseries and suppliers
• We will work to resolve any installation issues that arise due to design specifications
• Weather-related delays or changes are not grounds for refunds

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
• Processing time is typically 7-10 business days
• You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been initiated
• Partial refunds will be calculated based on work completed and time invested

Dispute Resolution

We value client relationships and aim to resolve any concerns through direct communication. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service:

• Contact us immediately to discuss your concerns
• We will schedule a meeting to review the issue and explore solutions
• We may offer additional revisions, partial refunds, or other accommodations

Force Majeure
